Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are non-refundable, including:
ebooks
downloadable files
digital bundles
Once a digital file is delivered or access is provided, we cannot “take it back,” so refunds are not possible.
Refunds are generally not offered for physical items, but we will support you if there is a genuine issue.
You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit if:
You received the wrong item
The item arrived damaged
The package arrived with missing items

Photos of the item and packaging
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Minor color differences (screen vs print)
Incorrect address provided by customer
Normal wear and tear after use
If you have an issue, please contact us first. Chargebacks without contacting us may result in restriction of future purchases.
